Application

These Terms apply to all sales of equipment, parts, or other products (“Equipment”) sold by Triumph Lift. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale and acknowledge that they form the entirety of the Agreement.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes, shipping, or other fees unless expressly noted. Buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes or fees related to the purchase or delivery of Equipment.

Payment Terms

All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month. Buyer will also cover collection costs, attorney fees, and other related expenses.

Limited Warranty & Liability

Equipment warranty is provided only by the manufacturer, if transferable. Triumph Lift disclaims any warranties for non-transferable products. Buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring the Equipment meets intended use. Triumph Lift is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Delivery & Risk of Loss

Delivery dates are approximate. Title and risk pass to Buyer upon delivery as specified in the Agreement. Triumph Lift is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, or supply shortages.

Returns & Cancellations

Returns require prior approval via a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Buyer is responsible for following return instructions, including referencing the original invoice. Cancellations or defaults may result in restocking fees and other costs.

Use of Site

Our website is for current and potential customers. You may not post, transmit, or share unlawful, harassing, obscene, defamatory, or unauthorized content. Copyrighted or trademarked content cannot be used without permission.

Privacy & SMS Communications

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages, with the ability to opt-out anytime by replying “STOP.”

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in Michigan courts. International users must comply with local laws when accessing this site.
