We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, order status, and handling.

Shipping

Most of our products come with FREE Shipping. Some items may have a standard flat rate shipping fee, based on nationwide averages. Contact us if you’d like a custom quote. Products eligible for free shipping will be clearly noted in their descriptions.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment. We then verify stock availability and notify you if your item is on back-order or unavailable. Orders ready for shipment will have charges processed and begin preparation within 5 business days.

Order Shipment

In-stock orders typically ship within 3–4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not receive confirmation within four business days, contact us at:

Shipping Methods

- Orders under 150 lbs generally ship via parcel service.
- Orders over 150 lbs ship via LTL (less than truckload).
- Extra-large orders may ship on a dedicated truck.

International Orders

Our products are designed for the U.S. market (110V electrical system) and may not meet other countries’ safety standards. We can ship internationally and provide a shipping quote upon request. Orders are processed through our secure online payment gateway.

Damages & Missing Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery. Note any damages when signing for your package or refuse delivery if necessary. If damages occur after acceptance, take photos immediately and contact us:
